Superscript numbers and letters
Every digit has a superscript (⁰¹²³⁴⁵⁶⁷⁸⁹) and a subscript (₀₁₂₃₄₅₆₇₈₉), plus the signs ⁺ ⁻ ⁼ ⁽ ⁾ and ₊ ₋ ₌ ₍ ₎. That covers square metres (m²), cubic feet (ft³), powers (10⁻³), footnotes (¹) and formulas (H₂O, CO₂).
Subscript keeps capital letters at normal size, so CO2 becomes CO₂, as chemistry needs.
